PJSC "Bank PSB" (formerly Promsvyazbank) is a Russian universal commercial bank founded in 1995. As of April 1, 2025, the credit institution officially changed its name to the concise "Bank PSB," while maintaining full continuity of assets, liabilities, and client agreements. Over 30 years of operation, the bank has evolved from a private corporate bank into one of the key players in Russia's financial system with state participation.
Today, PSB is among Russia's systemically important banks and holds a leading position in serving organizations within the defense industrial complex (DIC) and the state defense procurement sector. In addition, the bank actively operates in the corporate, small and medium‑sized business (SME) segments, as well as developing its retail arm, offering deposits, credit and debit cards, mortgages, car loans, and investment products. PSB also serves as a core bank for implementing major infrastructure and national projects.
